It has been used in applications ranging from electronic, marine, and automotive industries to fibers used to make carpet. Nylon has outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties. We make screw barrel for nylon extrusion, Nylon can be extruded in different forms such as nylon (polyamide) profiles, Rods, Sheets, Tubing, Bushes.
The properties of the polyamides (nylons), which include high strength, abrasion resistance, and resilience, make them very important in the manufacture of clothing and carpets. Although these polyamides account for 95% of the material used in women's hosiery, this still only accounts for about 5% of the total fibres used to make clothing.

Material- EN41B nitriding steel, Musco grade.
Gas nitriding- Thickness from 0.5 to 0.7 mm, hardness ~ 60-70 HRC ~ 1000 HV.
Production time- Within 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the part. for screw larger than 150 diameter and length above 5 meter maximum time is 60 days.
Nitriding: Gas medium, Liquid medium, Plasma Medium (Require special order from customer)
Bimetallic coating: Hardfacing with more than 20 superalloys & Cermet ranging from 4% tungsten carbide powder coating to 88% tungsten carbide powder via HVOF robotic technology.
